Could the lady showing her underwear be literally pulling the poor slaves chain..?? Perhaps her outfit colour could represent her innocence in this trio.
As for the lady in black, could that be a flogger she is holding or a very suggestive bag..?? Because she is dressed in black and rather attractive, could she be the naughty temptress in this hidden scenario..???

As for the Duisenberg car, that could perhaps be the symbol for money and hedonistic pleasures.

The red flags are telling everybody else to stay of the beach for no apparent reason with the exception of the often faceless elite who appear to be able to behave as they like, when they like.
